Summer is the perfect time for me to start this blog because there is a seemingly endless list of thrifty and nifty activities this season. So everyone, its time to come out of hibernation, slather on the SPF and find your self a friend with a boat! And if that doesn't work try one of these:
*Movies in the Park I will be going to the Grease sing-a-long if anyone is interested.
*Street Festivals there is usually a $5 suggested donation, give what you can.
*Outdoor Concerts no need to shlep all the way to Ravinia, bug spray is a must!
*Cocktails on my fire escape!
